Data Privacy

Consumer data is stored in temporary files during the processing cycle, once completed the temporary file is deleted. Therefore we do not store client generated text on our servers. Uploaded consumer images are stored for a maximum of 7 days to allow for production processing.

The application does store Merchant Ids and order numbers and order dates. This data allows for filtering of duplicate order data.

Security

The application resides on a secure cloud server where a number of security protocols have been installed. These include SSL certificates (encrypted secure socket layer), SSH communications protocol (Secure Shell), and WinSCP secure file transfer protocols.

Input files are validated by matching Merchant Ids stored in our client database to Merchant Id extracted from the Custom Order content. This ensures separation of client data.
